What
is 6 seconds billing?
We break down the minutes to 6 second
increments. For example, if your call lasts for 2 minutes and 20 seconds, we
will round up the call to 2 minutes and 24 seconds (the end of the nearest 6
second). We do not bill or round up to the end of the
minute!

Why
do you need my SSN?
For 2 reasons:
When you use our services,
you are paying later. Since unpaid bills are not uncommon at all, we do have to
check the credit background of our customers. The basic info for that is your
SSN.
If you wish to make any changes to your account, we need a way to
check who is calling. This is the reference we can easily ask for when you call.

When
am I going to get my bill?
Our billing cycle is from the 19th to the
18th of the next month. You will receive the bill for your calls after the 19th
of the next
month.

What
are the payment methods?
Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard and
Amex cards.
Authorization
form for CC payment.

Are
there any service charges?
If the monthly usage is more $10.00, there
will be no extra charge.
Administration fee of $1.95 will be applied to
all invoices under $10.00. (Net
usage)

What
if I don't have any established credit history?
You have to send us a
security deposit. The amount depends on your usage.
You may go to any
bank, open an account and get a so called secured credit card. These secured
credit cards start at $300. You have to deposit $300 to the bank for the $300
card. This way you are starting to build your credit as well. You may use your
secured credit card to make the security deposit.

security deposit by check, please make sure you use your phone number as
