When you dial our 1 800 288 7720 access number . You will hear a recording. If you call from home, you will hear a message "Please enter your destination number followed by the # key." If you call from other location, the system will ask for you PIN code. After you enter your PIN code press the # key, then the system will ask you to continue with your destination number. You will get our Welcome Letter with your PIN number in the mail.

Notes:
1. You do not have to wait for the message to end, but wait until it starts before dialing your destination or PIN number.
2. Pressing the # key is not compulsory, but speeds up the dialing.
3. If you completed your call and wish to place a new one, do not hang up. Press the # key twice and you will get the “Please enter your destination number, followed by the pound key” message again.
4. If you make a mistake while entering your destination number, press * #.
Example:
You wish to place a call to Zurich, Switzerland, where the phone number is 444 5555.
1. Dial 1 800 288 7720
2. “Please enter your destination number, followed by the pound key”
3. 011 41 1 444 5555#

Once you finished the call, and wish to place another one, press the # key twice before the other party hang up the phone. You will get the “Please enter your destination number, followed by the pound key” message again. (if you use your PIN # from a payphone, there will be a $0.30 charge per call)

If your bill does not reach $10.00/month, there will be a $1.95 administration fee.
